Few translation done lately.

Dear readers, I haven't posted many translation lately, been busy on assisting CSETI for the Montreal Conference with Dr. Steven Greer.

I'll be back to update and translate more of the "D" cases as soon as I can.

Thank you for you patience.

Richard Lalancette.

Summary
Observation of long duration of the evolutions of a cylindrical object at low altitude.
Detailed description On October 9, 1994 towards 9h30, two witnesses in post while hunting observe a object projecting metal reflections. This object moves slowly at a height estimated to be 1 meter from the ground. The object crosses a field while following the contour of the ground before continuing its movement going higher in altitude. The object can be describes as the shape of a cylinder of 2 meters to approximately 2,5 meters: it was located at approximately 400 meters of the witness. It emitted a light with red and blue rays. The object remained completely quiet and generated no traces nor smoke. The second witness, brother of the first, were located in a place different from the first witness and described the phenomenon in the same terms but locate the object at an altitude of approximately 50 meters above the ground. The observation which lasted approximately 30 minutes, could not be explained.

OCR automatic translation attempt.

While attempting to translate the police and witness statements, I came to conclusion that the quality of the scans are too poor to do a near automated translation.
I will have to postpone the translation of those documents until I find a better automatic method.

Summary
Observation of a luminous rectangle.
Detailed descriptionOn January 9, 1994 around 19:30, a young woman and her friend in their car observe a luminous rectangular form in the sky. Having stopped their vehicle, they observe this form which is lighted with white and red lights. Having lost sight of it, they go back in the car to find a better point of observation. They stop again and the young woman sees an egg shaped form with the same red and white lights, which seems to come in their direction. She is taken by fear and requests her companion, who did not see this last observation, to leave again as fast as possible. No explanation could be found with this quiet phenomenon which remained unexplained.
