Detailed description | On January 10, 2000 around 21:00, a man driving his car is suddenly completely dazzled by a light of very strong intensity which shines in the car through the sliding roof. The engine and the radio stop. At the end of a few moments, the phenomenon leaves, the radio begins to function and the witness can start his car to return to his place, terrorized. The investigation finds another witness whose car briefly stopped on December 31, 1999 whereas the witness was hit by a flash. The investigation did not make it possible to find an explanation, no disturbance of the powerline along the road was noted. In addition at the place of the observation, the street lighting is non-existent. |
