Dear readers, I'm sorry that I haven't got around posting more translation. Ever since Google Translator started inserting French and English embedded together in the translation, I stopped due to too many efforts required to translate, cut and past single lines.
It used to be a lot easier to do all this, but now, it isn't and I have many more urgent tasks.
I hope to be back doing this work soon.

The GEIPAN This collection studies and provides information on the UFO phenomena.
